The “Lisa Dean Family Folk and Country Show” and the “Charlie Rednose Show” are a popular combination for agricultural shows around Australia. Lisa Dean trained with Buck Carson for ten years, who toured with “The Buck Carson Show” and “The Charlie Rednose Show.”

This combination performed in shopping centres and agricultural shows in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and the Northern Territory. Having previously performed with the Swiss Circus Royale and several other circuses, Buck had assembled a full range of visual acts in his shows including, knife throwing sharp shooting rope spinning unicycling animal tricks comedy singing magic illusions & more.

“The Lisa Dean Family Folk & Country Show”, and “The Charlie Rednose Show” are productions styled according to the Buck Carson formula, in which Lisa Dean uses routines passed on from her predecessor as well as some of her own original material.

Lisa Dean Touring Variety Shows continue the tradition of the “rambling Australian showie”. Just as Buck Carson did, Lisa Dean now lines up with the “showies” at the country shows.
